The Summer Show 2019
We are now getting ready for the Summer Show which will be held on August 10th in the Village Hall, 2.30-4.00pm.
This is really the VILLAGE Show that the Gardening Club runs, so anybody living within a 5 mile radius of the parish church can enter, as well as members of the Club.
There are classes for vegetables, fruit, flowers, flower arranging, crafts, cooking and also children’s classes.
Schedules are available from the red box outside the Village Hall or you can download one.
There is a Novice Cup for people who have not won a first prize before so that is a good motivation if this is a new experience for you.
If you are not sure what is needed then why not come along for a cup of tea and home-made cake during the afternoon and have a look around.
